Cyber-Math Flashcardz is a simple  educational flashcard program 
for grades 1-3 that randomizes simple math problems to be solved 
in a race against the clock (You set the time and hit begin).  
Cyber-Math offers a selection of simple addition, subtraction, 
multiplication and division. 

This program was written by Mike Simon of Technopiate 
Design.  It is shareware but requires no registration or money 
(though donations of $5 are always welcome if you like the
